As i previously said a couple of times this was the best car buying experience in my life(70 years). Actually one of the top 3/4 buying experiences irregardless of the product. This dealership is excellent. Great selection of cars, well kept, and the staff are extremely helpful. Even when it was very busy, there was always someone there to help. Edwardo was excellent and helped throughout the process, with frequent communication for start to finish. Absolutely incredible experience the best Mercedes dealership ever. We bought our car we were able to get it delivered to the airport. We had an issue with the gearbox received a complementary replacement car delivered to our home. The car was picked up from our home repaired very promptly and re-delivered back to our house. I had a great experience leasing a new GLB at Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables. The sales rep, Edwardo Calderon, got me a quote over the phone before I even walked into the dealership. When I walked in he promptly got the car I wanted so I could test drive it. We then went over the lease terms which matched the quote he gave me. The whole process was refreshingly simple for a lease and relatively quick (a little over 2 hours including the test drive).
I stopped by expecting to go to parts and service where I was greeted by a professional and courteous coordinator, Manny, who installed 2 key batteries in 5 minutes. Outstanding, excellent service with only a smile and no mention of fees costs. Manny is headed higher and to therifhr.

I recently had an electrical charging issue with my electrical vehicle. It became a very stressful situation because no one could figure out what was going on or how to approach it. Anyways after 1&1/2 month I was finally able to pick up my vehicle this past Friday 10/25. I'm hoping this issue does not arise again.

Leasing (and then buying) my car here was a pleasant experience. The associate I worked with was very professional and knowledgeable of the entire line of cars which made the process much easier. Since then, I have had the car serviced here and have been very happy with the service department. They are good for regular maintenance of course. But I have had a couple of more difficult issues, which they have fully resolved. I truly love my car, so when I say I se guys with her-it means something.
